This bank took 1600 from my account on4/26/23 I went to withdraw funds from my ssi monthly check n only 500 $ came out of the ATM yet pnc bank deducted aan additional 1100 $ wen debt card has 500 daily limit .wen I went to neptune NJ branch on south main Street I was accused of not being truthful even though I had documented to prove it. George Maloney of Howell nj.totally disrespectful along with his 2 female cunt,bitch whoares were determined to make sure that I felt violated. How bout I was to reach into their pocket and take 1500 $ from him .I would be locked up in a minute. Without any notice PNC absconded with 2 of my checking account balances of some $5600, gave no explanation and LIED about sending me the money weeks ago...several attempts with bank managers and representatives have failed to get them to give me my money back, now they won't even answer my calls...getting nowhere and I'm out money I need to buy food and pay house bills...

Your computer site sucks. I have been trying to get to my accounts for 3 days. You used to be able to go Bank online then the sign in would come up and you could sign in. I cannot even get to a sign in spot. You have a site for mobile phone to get to account. I hardly use my cell phone and would not put my banking information on it. I want to pay my credit card bill and check my checking. How the hell do I do that with your stinking system.Your branch in Rehoboth is outstanding. Marcus has helped with a few things since my husband has died.
I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Absolutely horrible customer service as well as I have been unable to access my accounts. Their customer service line is a complete joke no one will answer. Highly recommend taking your money somewhere elsewhere so at the very least you can view your account.

I recently relocated from Sarasota Florida to the U.K. Before leaving I spoke to the branch manager Brian Miller to make sure that no further payments would be made from my account 121541289. He told me he would see to this personally. At no time did he tell me any charge would be made. I was therefore astonished once in the U.K. to find that my account was overdrawn as apparently a charge HAD been made. I emailed Mr. Miller to rectify this matter having failed to get him on the phone. He has not had the courtesy to reply. After several weeks my patience is wearing thin. I would like the charge to be reinstated to my account. I fully intend to use this account on future visits to the U.S. but am rather hesitant to do so if communications are just ignored. Please help, sincerely, Pauline Blackwood.

I live in Lancaster oh and on Tuesday May 4th I went to retrieve some cash out of my account but every PNC ATM that I went to said they were sorry for the inconveniences but they were out of cash which really threw me for a loop because they were a bank how can they be out of cash? After talking to other friends and family everyone was talking about one of the branches had also closed and everyone decided they better go take their money out of the bank in case the bank was going under. So out of panic I did the same. I was trying to figure out another bank to switch to and I wake up on Friday the 7th to find out I'm minus $300 in my checking account cuz of a few things that had come through 2 of them were only $10 checks but I got 5 bounced check charges for $36 so I tried to call the bank to see if there was something they could do but the bank wouldn't even try they said nothing could be done. So I guess they are having problems they don't care if you run all over town trying to find an ATM of theirs that actually has cash in it they need our money that bad.
Need a walk in branch in camden delaware or some where between Camden and Felton on rt 13, it's a pain in the but to have to go into Dover or milford which would be the next closest branch.
Not to tell you PNC started out to be a great Bank but unfortunately it's turned out to be a total disaster for myself due to the covered virus I've been out of work and PNC has covered graciously the payments that came in with that the funds being there from April to September and they were paid back when my check was deposited because I could not change the pay dates of the loans due to the covid virus I'm still out of work and the still as long as it's still going on and now October in November the bank is decided that they don't know not going to pay him anymore and it's cost me over $600 and insufficient fees and return item fees this is totally unfair so I suggest to you that you think twice before you make this your bank I was very appreciative and grateful for them doing it but the pandemic's not over and I'm not back to work and my power is going to be cut off because they took my money that I was going to pay for my power bill and it's a funds and return charges I just don't understand how it's such a problem right now with the world how you can cover something for 6 months for someone and then all of a sudden stop covering it and put them in a worse position than they were in before you started I just pray that something can get worked out with this so thank you PNC for leaving me with no power and confusion and disarray

Theft! Is the only explanation I can come up with as the goal of this worthless establishment. When a branch refuses to close an account and allow withdraw of your money. Seems every employee is a manager at branch locations so there is no accountability. I suggest under the mattress before pnc.
Time to open your banks. You should be able to provide a date certain for opening. Most businesses in our town are open. Get your shit together.
Very Poor to Non Existent Customer Service. That is why I closed my accounts and even after I notified the bank they continue to charge for accounts that are close. Would give you no stars but can only give you 1.

This has got to be the worst bank in my 58 years of living that i ever dealt with!!!! I have an auto loan with them since last November (only 1 year) After the first month I signed up so I could pay my bill online every month. In the last 10 months I've only been able to do that without any aggravation about 3 times. Every month it's something different and I have to go thru the online help people. They are worthless and that's giving them a compliment. As of today, after 2 separate times on the phone, equaling 2 hours, my bill still isn't paid. They can't seem to get me into my account. At one point she asked me for my account number which I gave her. She then came back to me to tell me that my account number actually had 2 zero's in the middle of the 16 digit number. So I said, I have 6 years worth of pmt coupons here and not one of them have 2 zero's where you are telling me. Are actual response was, "oh, they ran out of room" Are you kidding me, so i'm suppose to be a mind reader on top of everything else! After all that time, I told her I had to get off because it was actually raising my blood pressure to the point i'm gonna have a stroke. No joke, i've already had a TIA. I'm trying to get thru to corporate or someone higher up cause for me to mail it in, it will probably be late since it's due on the 8th of the month. At this rate, i'd have to start trying to pay my bill 2 weeks ahead of time. There are no words to describe the utter uselessness of the time spent on the phone with these people and still not be able to log into an account that i've had for 11 months to pay a bill. Stay clear!!!!! I've dealt with banks my entire life, auto loans, personal loans, mortages etc.. never, have I ever, dealt with this kind of nonsense.
Well I wouldn’t give a full star to them but I have to. The half of a star would be for the Bank Manager which it had to escalate to as well as the “Escalation Dept” which basically could not find the records of my opening an account receiving money through it (from another account holders PNC Account and then the same amount going back through the bank to the same originating account. I gave them my social security number, address,(I have lived in same house for 22 years) same phone number for 30 years and details such as person from even there ss# address and exact originating bank that was used and called them. Company has “No way of pulling my financial transactions therefore since I had a flood in my house and the one box of paperwork to be filed was destroyed, I will have to pay back, “AGAIN!”, the $10, that was received and paid back. Where would this bank “Corporation” stand with an audit. A judges subpoena, or a MUCH NEEDED requests for personal records such as this. Um hum well NOT GOOD !
I say corporate because there is “Nowhere in there corporate wide (Network) that they could find a record of my bank transactions with and through them” SCARRY AND NEEDLESSLY EXPENSIVE FOR ME!

Worse yet, all attempts to update our mailing address due to military relocation failed, and the title was sent to an address i sold four years and two military relocations ago. Dealing with customer service has yielded no results, maybe corporate can sort out the issue before I seek legal assistance and lodge a complaint with the better business bureau.

While there are many fine, dependable, and responsive individuals working within this institution, their corporate policies are fueled by pure greed. To charge $36 dollars for a simple overdraft may be par for the industry but the industry is as crooked as a dog's hind leg. I dare them to prove their advertisements are true. Prove that you are successful, honest, caring, etc. Lower those outrageous "overdraft fees" Prove yourself capable of doing what you advertise.

of my auto financing process, including texts from the ATL teller who handled the process, shaming me for not thanking him for doing his job, and telling me that he and his coworkers couldn’t believe how ungrateful I was...??? Unbelievably unprofessional.
We were treated with complete disrespect when calling the customer servise line today (12/5) We were lied to and talked over and received no resolution. We called about two $9.99 fraudulent charges on our account. We called 12/4 when we noticed these charges and the woman told us she had submitted it and we should hear back shortly. We called the next day because we never received an email like we have before in the past about it being under investigation and we needed our money back ASAP for an emergency with our child. We called and was told by a Matthew that our request wasn’t completed by the other Representative the day before and he would finish it and we could get our money refunded today, same day Expedited, because of the situation. We were very upset that the person the day before never finish our case and brushed us under the rug like our money and time didn’t matter. He then transfer us to another person. She was very rude. She told us she would not refund us same day and we would wait 10 business days. When we tried explaining what had happen and what the rep before her said she continued to talk over us and be extremely rude. We asked to speak to her supervisor and he wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t care that their rep the day before never did her job or honor what the one this morning promised us (Matthew). Her supervisor said that his boss would contact us in 24 hours but that doesn’t help us when we were promised one thing then very rudely had it taken away from us. It’s already bad enough our information keeps getting Compromised, then to be treated so rudely and like we’re lying is not only disrespectful towards us as a customer but a low blow that this is how you treat your lower income customers. It’s seems PNC customer service representatives only care to cater and keep their word to the more wealthier customers. I want to take this dispute to the highest authority in the PNC company. I have been a customer for over thirty years andhave to say I will leaving due to the fact that I have been missing money from a international wire transfer since August. After two weeks of waiting for my money I got a charge on my account for fifteen dollars for international transfer fee but the money never came I went to my back and was told they would look into it after a couple of days I went back up to speak to a different person who called a department who told her they thought they had found it and would call her back to let her know what was going on we both assumed that would be by the end of the day so I went home and waited for someone to call no call no nothing for days until I got a call that they would call me when they knew something at this point I said this is unexplainable so she told me she would talk to the manager for me to get a call from him the same. It is now October and since have called customer service and was told she was calling the department that handles this and did I want to be put on hold or she could call me back that was yes around twelve thirty p.m well I guess I should have held on because after me calling back around three thirty and left a message and called today and left another message I have not heard from anyone. Totally disgusted!!!! Could I get at some point someone give me anything??? The curtesy of just saying this is what we are doing to resolve this issue. If you don’t have my money then at least refund me my fifteen dollars back and!!!
Totally will not recommend this bank. I was treated like I was a terrorist and I had just opened the account and now they are holding my money. I was not notified or given a choice whether or not I could take the cash or tget give me a check I am now left broke until I get my check in the mail. I will not ever deal with this bank again.
