I have found their customer service to be very bad at best. I have tried 5 times to have them send [-] a document regarding a lein and each time I was told it was being sent. Still document...
Rude/arrogant staff at [-] township branch. Refused to offer assistance accusing [-] of inconveniencing them when I asked them to correct their mistake
I received a refund in [-] form of a Fulton Bank Cashier's Check from Fulton Bank for a bookkeeping error made by Fulton Bank when I closed a home equity [-]. I deposited that refund with [-] Fulton Bank Mobile Application to learn two days later that [-] deposit was denied. No explanation on [-] email so I called to ask what's wrong; after 20 minutes waiting I learn Fulton Bank does NOT accept cashier's checks on mobile banking! I [-] this is a Fulton Bank cashier's check and [-] response was... Sorry for [-] inconvenience but this is [-] rule and has been. <br />Does this make sense to you?
