I sent proof of [-] trying to stop fraud and they say they didn't get it and I [-] not be refunded. Letter says. Lady at bank [-] did anyone call you back when I called to report it and left [-]. I [-] no. I spoke to [-], [-] and [-]. I sent it again, now waiting for another call. I tried calling back all day and nothing but voicemail. I received one call back [-] saying they are really busy only three working today. Tried calling 4 more times. Left [-] after [-]. Because of this I have no heat for you kept money I need for heating fuel.
