Park State Bank

I tried closing a safety deposit box in Chisholm for [-] deceased step father but [-] staff on duty didn’t know [-] to [-] it when I could only find one of [-] 2 [-] and they didn’t know [-] to order a second key so I was stuck paying for [-] empty for another 6 months when I was able to try again. It was different staff but this time they wouldn’t except a check from [-] to purchase a second key, [-] only which I didn’t have on [-]! I called before going to [-] bank and it rang for 25 minutes before someone answered [-] next time I called no one answered but I got tired of waiting and [-] up. Instead I contacted a Duluth branch that gave [-] [-] managers name and phone number. I called before [-] bank closed on Friday and it is not almost 10am on Monday and she hasn’t returned [-] call. [-] whole situation with [-] Chisholm bank is highly unprofessional!
