trying to reach bank on phone and you can wait your life until you die.

This bank asks for a credit card when you apply for a mortgage (Iapplied for a rifi with their [-] mortgage operation).<br />When they finally approve you and send their fine [-], it is repleate with unusual and costly clauses that were not disclosed at apllication. If you then reject their offer they threaten to charge you credit card. I strongly objected and they did not charge [-]. But I concluded that this bank is dishonet. I withdrew [-] approved mortage application.
