Credit Union 1 fiduciary [-] practices for external transfers are reckless. They have no clue [-] to manage [-] glitches in this program. Alll they need to [-] is use common sense by using [-] same system they use to deduct [-] [-] payment from [-] bank. It is not science.

I am very upset that I have been contacted by someone who has reviewed [-] [-] pay information and then wanted to sell [-] something. I thought [-] information was protected and now I find it isn't so. This person knew what I paid in credit cards, mortgage, etc. and contacted [-].

I appreciate talking with a person and not a machine. I spoke with [-] at [-] Rantoul, [-] office. Thank you.
