Reviews[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.

This bank has been [-] absolute horror show to work with. I was [-] excellent customer with a Platinum credit card (Mastercard) for several years. However, when I authorized a hotel outside of [-] US to make charge for a room reservation, COne blocked it, and locked [-] account. I had called them in [-] to tell them this hotel would process this charge and gave them all [-] details. Even this is not required. But COne would not tell [-] why they declined [-] hotel charge. They would [-] NOTHING to verify it, but they unblocked [-] account and told [-] to process it again. I double checked all [-] information with [-] hotel and told them to run it again. COne refused to process [-] transaction [-] second time. Worse, they won't unlock [-] account and [-]'t accept [-] verification even though I answer all their stupid questions. Bottom [-], they have NO appreciation for customers. They make you wait hours to answer simple calls. It looks like maybe this bank is in financial trouble since they spent all their money buying back their own [-]. Avoid them like [-] plague...find another back to deal with and [-]'t get fooled by their ads. Trying to solve [-] with them is like talking to 3 year olds.

You are but a number to this organization. You HAVE to speak to [-] branch where you opened your account as opposed to whichever one is convenient.. why? What’s [-] point in having multiple locations? You leave voicemails for no reason as they are not returned. If you have challenges they make arbitrary decisions instead of asking any questions. I’ve used [-] banks that care more.
