If I can give it a [-] or below I would. I was a victim of a fraud/scam [-] many years ago and thought maybe they would allow [-] to bank with them after so [-] but put [-] on indefinite list to not allow [-] to bank with them. I didn’t know I was with a fraud fake company but at least I didn’t use whatever money that was deposited until I knew it was legit! You are assuming a customer who was loyal [-] whole way with no issues prior that I did that in [-] own! To assume and not give someone a second [-] to bank with you is not very good customer service! If I would have deposit a fake check and used [-] money and never paid you back now that is a criminal! But I didn’t [-] any of that!

In branch customer service is ok, but call in and it is [-] worst. [-] hold times, foreign agents that lie to you, ask for someone in United States not possible, ask for supervisor only to be put on hold never to be answered

Called your bank 2/18/21 and spoke to Phyliss in your insurance [-]. I called because I wanted tp change [-] Flood Ins. to option one instead of option 2. There is a difference of 7 dollars a year for 11,000 dollars more coverage. Phyliss told [-] she would change and it was entered in your computer.but when you received [-] [-] your bank took option two. [-] woman on [-] phone today 3/9/21 tried to blame everyone BUT [-]..Also at [-] end of [-] phone call I asked her for her name 3 times with no response then she [-] up on [-]. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE all [-] way around from [-] Bank.

Complaint: FIRST time in 60 Years of banking denied service!!! Refused raking 20 Rools of Nickels BUT,, would accept 20 Rolls of [-]. Stated Vault was to small. WHAT KIND of [-] Bank [-] you have.??? Requested to see Manager, Lady told [-] same thing, TOLD [-] I could [-] to another [-] bank, I told her this is [-] BANK (Lakeland,Fl. [-] Shopping Center Branch 4820 S. [-] Ave. Lakeland,Fl.) nearest other [-] bank is 8 [-] [-] away or 36 THIRTY or SEVENTY (72) [-] ROUND TRIP in [-], Fl. for only 20 rolls and I only live 3 [-] from this bank. This is a bunch of BULL [-]!!!!!! It seems many times YOUR people make up their OWN rules as they [-], each one has their own Opionions [-] [-] Banking rules are as I seen observed. [-] needs to get these people on [-] same "Working Sheet of music here" Ican't believe that a bank vault can't hold a Group of 20 ROLLED Nickels in [-] Bank Vault. I was Denied Service, I even tried to Deposit. [-] $40.00 Value Plus $10 in Pennies. [-] come they could take [-] Pennies but not [-] Nickels?? I am Military
