This is [-] most useless bank I have ever had [-] extreme displeasure of working with. Incompetent, unprofessional, lazy individuals is what their workforce consists of. If they [-]'t know something they either hang up, transfer you elsewhere, or put you back in [-] que. Right now it seems they've put [-] on [-] death hold. Why am a not a bit surprised? Stay away from this bank at all costs
Fees tactics are designed to continually charge customers!
Telephone banking identification process, I dont think you should provide your ATM pin, to be verified.
Bad customer service.
[-] mortgage department is [-] most rude, incompetent organization I have experienced. I would love to explain to someone who gives a [-] and would effect change but after dealing with [-] issue for a month trying to pay off a mortgage I have [-] doubts.
