Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Pa XXXX Phone : XXXX RE : PNC Bank Freezing my account for 30 days I was notified on XX/XX/2022, that my account was frozen for suspected scam. I was ask by a friend to accept XXXX funds and then buy bit coin and send it on to her. I have know this person for 4 years and trust her. One of the people that sent funds contacted me and said they had been scammed. I offered to return their money, but she must have filed a complaint. The major problem of this situation is the uncaring inhumane policy of PNC Bank. In freezing my account they will not let me access any funds from an ATM. They also will not let me pay my bills such as utilities, taxes, credit cards, and buy medication such as XXXX XXXX until after XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted PNC Bank by phone and was told the above and I would just have to wait until XX/XX/XXXX to do anything. They said an investigator would be contacting me but I have not heard from anyone in the last 16 days. Each person I talked to said nothing could be done to unfreeze my account until XX/XX/XXXX and it could even take 90 days. I feel this is totally unfair when I made an honest mistake thinking I was helping someone. I now have {$34.00} in my pocket to last me until XX/XX/XXXX or beyond to buy food, gas, necessities and mediation. I have been out of XXXX XXXX medication for almost a week. On Friday, XX/XX/2022, I was told PNC was closing my account. I ask when I would be able to get my funds and the branch manager told me he had no idea. That another department would take care of that. The manager has filed complaints on my behalf but still no one has contacted me. I would like to have PNC Bank to remove the freeze on my account since I provided one representative all the information of how this situation came about. I take full responsibility for my mistake and will be glad to make restitution to many one that was harmed in this situation. At this point I would like to have my {$8000.00} plus money as soon as possible since this has become a medical emergency and they do not care about me.

Complaint: The credits are not being applied on my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a return and I should get back 80 dollars. I see it on my statement as green as in credited but it isnt in my account. I had a 23 dollar return credit work out the same way. I showed as credited but wasnt actually in my account. Im not sure where my money is located but its not back with me like it should be. This is a new complaint for a new issue. Not a repeat complaint.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I wired the down payment for the purchase of a home to PNC Bank in the amount of {$77000.00}. It was discovered that fraudulent wire instructions sent via email were used on XX/XX/2022 when my husband and I were signing closing documents at the title company, Fidelity XXXX XXXX. That evening I submitted an IC3 Complaint Referral Form to the FBI and was told by the escrow officer on XX/XX/2022 that the FBI had contacted PNC Bank and put a freeze on the account. I also submitted a wire recall claim with the originating bank on XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX, and there is an ongoing investigation at this time. I also contacted a live person at PNC Bank but was told that they couldn't give me any information. In my conversations with XXXX XXXX, the originating bank, I've been told that all of the requirements to PNC Bank have been met however we still have not received any of the funds back.
