Complaint: I was a regular payer of ELAN FINANCIAL SERVICE and I do not recall missing any payments. Yet, as I received my credit report there I noticed that I have a late payment which was on XX/XX/2022. I do not recall being late ever therefore I decided to file a dispute. I already sent multiple letters expecting for a response of for the inaccurate late payment to be removed. It has been a long wait but I was not notified of anything nor I noticed any changes with my account statement.
